Boards need particular skillsets, but they also need generalists like Tom Gray with the broad business experience to ask the right probing questions at the right time.
Tom Gray has been a member of the Board of Directors for two public companies: Warwick Valley Telephone Company (NASDAQ: WWVY) and Mooney Airplane Company. He has served as chair of the budget and pension committee, chair of the strategy committee, and member of the audit committee.
Tom’s incisive questions and balanced judgment led to his being considered as the “most effective director” for one NASDAQ company.
Tom is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Concordia University College of Business.
